THIS HALF-DAY WORKSHOP IS FOR:
1. People who are not in crisis and want to expand their current skill set
2. People who may have completed a DBT program in the past and want a refresh
3. People interested in progressing to our future DBT Skills Groups
4. People over 18.

Cost: $195 ~4 hour workshop + digital workbook & meditations
Medicare: rebate of $40 claimed personally with receipt
NDIS: eligible for NDIS funding reimbursed with receipt
Ages: 16+ (we've had 16yrs-58yrs!)
What to expect
-An overview of dialectical behavioural therapy; origins, core concepts, and goals -1 hour for each of the modules; MINDFULNESS ~ EMOTIONAL REGULATION INTERPERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS ~ DISTRESS TOLERANCE -Strategies, activities and examples
Accessibility
-Workshop is held in the Zenly Pink Room with low lights, sensory swing access, stim toys, soft playmat for floor sitting + various seating options. -You can step out or move around throughout the workshop, and use your break to be non-speaking in the Green Room -Zenly founder Frankie will be in attendance as Peer Facilitator to support you in advocating for your needs. -Peer experiences will be heavily used to support & contextualise the skills -You can use your digital workbook on your device to follow along -We will have visual and written presentations of the information

-Tangible skills for each of the modules -Pre and post workshop survey -Post-workshop invitation to Monthly DBT Skills Group
