Specialises in:

Teen & Preteen wellbeing

Teaching at Zenly:

I designed the Zenly Slow Flow to manage my own mental health. Intense sweaty sessions bring me right into my body -they make me feel alive. I am so thankful to have been able to create an environment that supports this practice.

The Teen group is another great joy of mine. Spending consistent time with the kids allows us to make deep connections with the practices, and with each other.

Yoga History & Philosophy and Modifications

Teaching at Zenly:

My consistent yoga practice began at a hot yoga studio with a set sequence, which has given me a special connection to the rhythm of the flow classes at Zenly. The profound impact of Yoga on my own mental health, pulling me out of very low periods in life, led me to teaching. I advocate passionately for the integration of yoga as a tool for managing mental well-being, & the importance of a consistent practice.

Teaching at Zenly:

Zenly was the first place in Sydney that I wanted to settle into, the first place that felt like home to me. My Las Vegas lizard-like tendencies also draw me into a heated practice. For me, yoga is the thing that makes everything else in life easier. And this is what I hope to share with you all here at Zenly.

Teaching at Zenly:

My personal yoga practice has been such an important tool in managing my mental health that I didn't even realise until my 30's that I have ADHD and PTSD. A consistent yoga practice not only helps me manage a long term back injury, it also nourishes my creativity, focus and wellbeing.

No matter who you are, I truly believe that everyone can benefit from taking the time to nourish your nervous system with movement and connection.
