Specialises in: Teen & Preteen wellbeing

Teaching at Zenly: I designed the Zenly Signature Flow to manage my own mental health. Intense sweaty sessions bring me right into my body -they make me feel alive. I am so thankful to have been able to create an environment that supports this practice. The lights and music move with you, and these creative elements bring even more joy to teaching.

The Teen weekly class is another great joy of mine. Spending consistent time with the kids allows us to make deep connections to the practices, and to each other.

Suhaniya Chelliah (she/her)

Trained in: Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle, Restorative, Pranayama, Meditation, and Sound Healing.

Years teaching: 3.5 years, I did my first teacher training in 2019 in Rishikesh, India

First ever yoga class: Age 6 from my dad using the book 'Light on Yoga'

Specialises in: Yoga History & Philosophy and Modifications

Teaching at Zenly: My consistent yoga practice began at a hot yoga studio with a set sequence, which has given me a special connection to the rhythm of the flow classes at Zenly. What led me to my teaching journey was experiencing firsthand the profound impact of Yoga on mental health, pulling me out of very low periods in life. This personal transformation led me to advocate passionately for the integration of yoga as a tool for managing mental well-being, & the importance of a consistent practice.

Gabriella Moran (she/her)

Trained in: Restorative, Yin, Meditation, Pranayama 
Years teaching: 2, undertook first training in 2021 
First ever yoga class: 2008, at the age of 14
Specialises in: Fatigue, chronic illnesses, nervous system dysregulation, injuries, and stress/anxiety
Teaching at Zenly: I teach Yin Yoga and offer a sanctuary for rest and relaxation. Creating a safe space for those with fatigue, chronic illnesses, nervous system dysregulation, injuries, and stress/anxiety is a particular aim of mine, as I know from experience that attending a yoga class with any of these conditions can be anxiety-provoking. I enjoy curating a relaxing playlist and soaking up the beautiful Zenly pink and green room aesthetics.

Chris Escosa (she/her)

Trained in: Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, Ballet & Contemporary Dance

Years teaching:  6, undertook first training in 2017

First ever yoga class: Age 18 as part of full time dance training

Specialises in: Philosophy, strength, technique & spinal alignment

Teaching at Zenly: Yoga is essential for my mental wellbeing. Whilst I was training full time in dance many moons ago, my yoga practice always kept me grounded and sane during intense and gloomy phases. I feel blessed to be part of the Zenly team and aim to continue to evolve as a teacher and connect with all the kindred souls in the Zenly community. My hope is that you can land on your mat and be reminded of the joy that your body can hold, that I can help you build inner-strength through a focus on technique, and that I can hold a space for you to feel safe & well in your body.
